My name is René Kirk, I’m a 33 y/o software engineer from Denmark. Back in the early 2000s I built my first website, and now we’re here.

This website is just my personal space on this big crazy thing called the Internet. Maybe I’ll write some more on this site or maybe it just stays like this for eternity – who knows?

VOID Technology is my one-man software company where I build systems that actually solve problems. I work mostly with e-commerce, automation and backend development — the kind of projects where clean architecture and reliability matter more than buzzwords.

Most of my work happens behind the scenes: custom integrations, performance tuning, API design, complex data flows, and the infrastructure that keeps everything running. I prefer long-term partnerships over quick wins, and I only take on work where I can make a real difference.

VOID is not meant to be big. It’s meant to be efficient, focused, and fun to work in — a place where I can do great work without drowning in meetings or bureaucracy.
